PizzApp calculates the recipe following the Verace Pizza D.O.C.'s manual.
Just insert number of people and this is all!
The recipe follow the Verace Pizza's manual.
You can try to change the hydration following your experinces.
If you want more control on all parameters and you want try to do pizza with several characteristic, chose the personalized recipe. You can customize the recipe using a several input like salt, hydration, duration, temperature and oil.
Pizzapp will calcoulate automatically the recipes. The formula is the result of a personal experience and an hobbistic study of more people.
If you do not want a pizza for pizza oven try to make a pizza pan , even with your home oven . Enter the number of your guests and the weight of a single serving and get the recipe for a pizza in a pan with no long rising dough.
